Scarlett – Prison Of Your Mind Review

As soon as the play button is pressed, one is welcomed to the opening of the first note of Prison Of Your Mind, which draws you in, with its melodic power-rock sonic-boom music. It feels like it draws out the musical elements of (such bands) as The 69 Eyes, H.I.M., (especially) David Bowie and some tint of German darkwave’s Diary Of Dreams and American death-rocker’s Bella Morte — thus creating a combination of the dark atmosphere of gothic/metal rock and melodic (light) hard rock, that’s balanced in perfection.

With a sound that’s recognizable from the start of the play. It gives the listener a deliverance of pure raw energy of rock, that is powerful, catchy-sing-a-long songs, motivated/moving music with a sound that haunts the atmosphere of their music. Topped with fantastic vocals, creativity in both the music, and lyricism that’s strong, meaningful/insightful. All performed by well-executed deliverance of creative and exquisite devilmanship. With a signature brand and sound that are uniquely their own, the listener is transported back to the good old days of pure rock & roll, resulting in bold music that is genuinely desired.
