Covenant of Submission & Decline
Rites of Submission
- Timely Responses — We strive to reply within the same day of submission. At times, replies may be delayed due to personal commitments, but every request is treated with devotion.
- Submission Window — Once a review is confirmed, the full submission must be completed within 14 days to ensure timely processing.
- Updated Information — If you have submitted music before, inform us of any label changes, lineup updates, or other relevant details so our scripture remains accurate.
- Special Requests — We accept requests for specific review dates; please mention these during submission so the rite can be prepared accordingly.
Rites of Decline
- Bullying or Pressure — Attempts to force or aggressively push reviews will result in declined submissions.
- Missed Response Deadline — Submissions without a reply within 14 working days will be rejected.
- Extremist Content — Musicians who prioritize political, religious, pornographic, or extremist perspectives — including National Socialist Black Metal (NSBM) — will be refused.
- Copyright Violations — If an artist is found using AI‑generated music, stolen artwork, or plagiarized lyrics, we reserve the right to blacklist them and remove published reviews
Our Ritual Lexicon
- Forbidden Fruit of Art / Fruit of Art — with permission from Acherontia Styx, celebrating exceptional artistry
- Devilmanship — our own term, fusing musicianship, craftsmanship, and showmanship in a gender‑neutral rite
- Usage Guidelines — our terminology, name, tag lines, and review format may be referenced only with explicit consent
Philosophy of the Sin
We sanctify strengths and use “Disrelish” to note what didn’t resonate.
- Review Philosophy — in‑depth, attentive, objective reviews of music and lyrics
- Privacy & Confidentiality — we protect anonymity
- Exclusive Access — files and music used strictly for review purposes

All audio and image content remains the property of the respective artists and labels. Visual materials are used with explicit permission, solely for editorial rites.
