Submission Requirements

Music File — Provide an MP3 via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Byta, or an official promo page
Biography — Supply an up-to-date biography (Word document or PDF)
Release Type — Specify whether this is an album, EP, single, split, or compilation
Professional Photos — Submit high-quality press photos (no selfies). If none are available, we can work around it — this will not affect your submission.
Album Cover — Include the final cover artwork
Record Label — State your label (if applicable) and include relevant links
Links — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Bandcamp, and homepage/Linktree
Band Members — List members/guests. If anonymous, state “Anonymous/Unknown” or ceremonial titles.
Optional — Themes, lyric excerpts, influences, or context that strengthens the feature
Presentation — Ensure all files are labelled clearly and professionally formatted
Interview (if requested) — Answer all 13 questions; expand where needed.
