Submission Requirements

Music Files — Provide MP3s via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Byta, or an official promotional page.
Biography — Provide an up-to-date biography in Word or PDF format.
Release Type — Specify whether the release is a full-length, EP, single, split, or compilation.
Release Date — Provide the official release date.
Professional Photos — Provide high-quality press photos where available. If none are available, we can work around this and it will not affect your submission.
Album Cover — Provide the final release artwork in the highest quality available.
Record Label — State the record label, where applicable, and provide any relevant links.
Links — Provide relevant links, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Bandcamp, and your official website or Linktree.
Band Members — List all current members and relevant guests. Anonymous entities may provide “Anonymous/Unknown” or ceremonial titles.
Optional Context — Include themes, lyric excerpts, influences, or other background that may strengthen the feature.
Presentation — Ensure all submitted files are clearly labelled and organised.
Interview (if requested) — Interviews are conducted exclusively by email. Please answer all 13 questions in full; a final open invitation is provided for anything not covered.
